PegBloom opens, edits and exports your model locally in your browser. Model geometry and filenames are not sent to PegBloom, stored on its servers, published or analysed.

The short version
Local 3MF and STL export
The final mesh is joined and encoded on your device. Model geometry, connector positions, settings and the filename are not sent to PegBloom for export.
No model transfer or storage
PegBloom has no server export endpoint and does not receive model geometry or filenames. The generated file is downloaded directly from your browser's memory.
Technical website delivery
Ordinary website requests can contain connection and security data needed to deliver and protect PegBloom. Those requests do not contain your model geometry or filename.
Data and purpose
- Model data: used only in your browser to preview and build the requested 3MF or STL.
- Filename and settings: used only in your browser to name and configure the export.
- Language preference: EN, DE or Chinese is stored only in your browser under pegbloom-locale.
- Anonymous usage counts: PegBloom stores only the UTC date, one of four fixed event names and the total count. It stores no cookie, user or device identifier, IP address, file name or model data with these counts.
- Technical website data: the hosting platform may process IP address, timestamp, request headers and security events to deliver and protect the site. Model geometry and filenames are not part of those application requests.
- PegBloom does not add advertising, behavioural analytics or third-party tracking cookies.
Retention and deletion
Your browser keeps the model only for the active page session. PegBloom receives no model copy to retain or delete. The language preference remains on your device until you change it or clear browser storage. Hosting security logs may remain only as long as needed to operate and protect the site.
Your rights and responsibility
Open only models you created or are allowed to modify and export. Some licences require attribution, allow private use only, or restrict modifications or commercial use. PegBloom does not receive your model and claims no ownership of it or the result.
Links to other services
Ko-fi and StudBloom open only when you choose their links. Their own privacy terms apply after you leave PegBloom; model files are never sent to them automatically.
